Gary Denson has more than 38 years’ work experience spanning financial services and the health services industries. 23 of those years were in senior roles across Asia, the UAE and the UK. 

Transformation of business regardless of their size or turnover is Gary’s passion and focus. Leading companies out of old practices, technology, processes and people management is what Gary loves and does best. For example, inside a 5-year period Gary took the Cigna Thailand business revenues from $10m to $70m reversing a $7m loss to a $4.5m profit. In 2008, when Gary was the CEO of Cigna Thailand, he approached us to discuss a partnership where Cigna would take on the direct distribution of our insurance products. Gary was convinced Cigna could yield better results and improve customer satisfaction so asked to go ‘head to head’ with the incumbent vendor, a firm that was well and truly entrenched in our business.
